Tapvantage is a free comparison service for UK business payment options, operated by Snowy Lakes Ltd, 22 St John Street, Newport Pagnell, MK16 8HJ. Contact hello@tapvantage.co.uk about these terms or an error in a comparison.

What the service provides

We help you explore recorded provider pricing, equipment and features. We are not a payment provider, do not process your customers' payments and do not create a payment-service contract for you. Public comparisons need no account or contact details. Provider links take you to the provider's own website; applications and contracts are made directly with them.

Tapvantage does not currently send customer comparison emails or make provider introductions. No introduction, application, subscription or sales call is requested by running a comparison. We do not charge you to use this website. Any future referral links will be identified before you use them.

Estimates and missing prices

Results are estimates based on your inputs, the active approved pricing catalogue and the assumptions shown. They are not a provider offer, a personalised quote, financial advice or a guarantee of acceptance or savings. We do not cover every provider, product, negotiated tariff or possible fee.

Incomplete or disputed charges stay labelled as missing information and cannot win a complete price ranking. Indicative quotes remain labelled. A “lowest” result means the lowest complete estimate among the supported options in that comparison, rather than the cheapest deal available anywhere.

Bought equipment is spread over 24 months to make monthly estimates comparable; the provider may collect that amount upfront. Recurring fees and upfront cash are separate figures. Do not add an upfront figure to the monthly estimate a second time.

Card type, channel, transaction count, equipment, eligibility and contract terms affect the result. Refunds, disputes, foreign exchange, optional software and other exclusions shown with the result can add costs. Catalogue VAT treatment is retained; we do not automatically add VAT to all charges.

Sources and updates

Each provider record has its own source and check date. Opening a comparison does not research provider websites live. New research is reviewed privately, and proposed changes cannot alter active prices until the Tapvantage owner approves them. Saved comparisons keep their original pricing version and may differ from a new comparison.

Provider prices and terms can change. Before committing, confirm the actual tariff, taxes, equipment, additional charges, eligibility, settlement, contract length and cancellation terms directly with the provider. Check feature availability as well as the estimated payment fees.

Using saved or uploaded information

In the authenticated workspace or connected chat, check any imported statement figures before confirming them. Unknown values remain unconfirmed. Saving a profile, recording a renewal date or reviewing a statement does not by itself enable email alerts. Do not upload information you do not have permission to use or unnecessary cardholder or banking credentials.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the service accurate and available, but it can contain errors or be interrupted. Tell us about an error so we can review its source. Make your decision using the provider's current quote and terms as well as this comparison. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Provider names identify the services being compared and do not imply that a provider endorses Tapvantage. Linked sites and their services are the responsibility of their operators. Our privacy notice explains how information is handled.
